We offer quality Real Estate Education with the guarantee that if you for some reason cannot pass your state exam you may retake the course at no cost. We are a "NO GIMMICKS" Training School to offer our students a quality education in Real Estate not only to help you pass your state exam but help give you a foundation to get started in your new career. Real Estate Training and Education Center has been in business since 2005. We have successfully trained hundreds of students in the Tri Cities Region and beyond to become successful Real Estate Agents. Most of those students are still practicing and are successful, producing Real Estate Agents in the Tri Cities Region. We are currently certified in Tennessee and currently working on our Virginia Certifications. These courses are THE REQUIRED STATE MANDATED COURSES to become eligible to take the PSI Exam and to obtain Your Real Estate License (see the qualifications link on our Home Page)

He is very knowledgeable in current market trends and the market as a Realtor and a Principal Broker. He has been a Practicing Real Estate Broker in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina going on 30 Years. He has owned and Brokered 3 of his own Real Estate Companies (Lighthouse Properties, Plantation Properties and Re Max in Piney Flats, TN) and Opened the Real Estate School in Kingsport in 2005 to teach new agents and to instill Professionalism and Ethical Practices in our Local Markets. He shares his knowledge and experience with the students for a successful experience in obtaining your Real Estate License.

Marlene Bernasconi is a licensed Real Estate Instructor in Tennessee and has been a senior real estate executive as well as a Principal Broker with large and small companies. A graduate of the University of Florida with a B. S. in Business Administration, and has been licensed as a real estate broker for more than 22 years with licenses in Florida and Tennessee. Marlene has helped thousands of realtors find success. Best-in-class training with thousands of scripts, road maps, and guides to success for the last 15 years. Many other graduates earn comfortable 6 figure income in the real estate industry in residential, commercial, and investment real estate. Marlene has conducted real estate training with Keller Williams, Century 21, The Keyes Company and Weichert Realtors

Hannah Powell a Top Producing Agent has been practicing Real Estate since 2013. She is licensed with Weichert Realtors Saxon Clark in Tennessee as a Broker Associate and in Virginia as a Salesperson and licensed as a Pre-License Real Estate Instructor. At Weichert, she serves as a part of the leadership program. She coaches other agents on how to run their business with professionalism, ethics and knowledge. She is a mother of 3 beautiful, rambunctious little boys. They love to keep her on her toes! Real Estate allows her to have a great career and time with the family.
