QUALIFICATIONS TO OBTAIN YOUR TENNESSEE REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- We offer quality Real Estate Education with the guarantee that if you for some reason cannot pass your state exam you may retake the course at no cost. We are a "NO GIMMICKS" Training School to offer our students a quality education in Real Estate not only to help you pass your state exam but help give you a foundation to get started in your new career. Real Estate Training and Education Center has been in business since 2005. We have successfully trained hundreds of students in the Tri Cities Region and beyond to become successful Real Estate Agents. Most of those students are still practicing and are successful, producing Real Estate Agents in the Tri Cities Region. We are currently certified in Tennessee and currently working on our Virginia Certifications. These courses are THE REQUIRED STATE MANDATED COURSES to become eligible to take the PSI Exam and to obtain Your Real Estate License (see the qualifications link on our Home Page)

The Owner/ Course Sponsor and Tennesse and Virginia State Certified Instructor of the Real Estate Training and Education Center is still very active in the real estate market as a Top Producer, The Tennessee and Virginia Principal Broker, South Carolina and North Carolina Broker In Charge and Qualifying Broker in Georgia of Copper Key Properties Powell, Realtors in Kingsport, TN. He is very knowledgeable in current market trends and the market as a Realtor and a Principal Broker. He has been a Practicing Real Estate Broker in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina going on 30 Years. He has owned and Brokered 3 of his own Real Estate Companies (Lighthouse Properties, Plantation Properties and REMAX in Piney Flats, TN) and Opened the Real Estate School in Kingsport in 2005 to teach new agents and to instill Professionalism and Ethical Practices in our Local Markets. He shares his knowledge and experience with the students for a successful experience in obtaining your Real Estate License. He has also served on 2 Virginia Association Committe's (Professional Standards and Economic Advisory Committees)
HANNAH POWELL/ Kingsport Night Instructor
- Hannah Powell a Top Producing Agent has been practicing Real Estate since 2013. She is licensed with Copper Key Properties Powell, Realtors in Tennessee as a Broker Associate and in Virginia as a Broker Associate and licensed as a Pre-License Real Estate Instructor. As a Broker, she serves as a part of the leadership program. She coaches other agents on how to run their business with professionalism, ethics and knowledge. She is a mother of 3 beautiful, rambunctious little boys. They love to keep her on her toes! Real Estate allows her to have a great career and time with the family.
Sheryl Webb Crossville/ Cookville Instructor
Sheryl is a lifelong resident of Crossville, TN. She graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a BS and MA in education. She taught high school and college math for almost 20 years, along with training other teachers.
Sheryl started her career in real estate in 2005. In 2016, she had an opportunity to purchase her own firm and decided to franchise with Weichert in 2018. She is a principal broker and top producer in her area. She says that real estate is in her blood. When she was a child, her grandparents were in real estate, and she spent countless days driving around with them to look at property.
Sheryl’s passion is combining her love of education and her knowledge of real estate to help people with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. She uses this passion to train agents to become top producers while serving their clients with knowledge, integrity, and professionalism.
